GO MED GEAR LLC DOES NOT accept returns and exchanges of products purchased directly from GO MED GEAR OR DROP SHIPPED ITEMS FROM OUR SUPPLIERS.  We do warranty all product to be free of defects, properly packaged, & orders shipped complete. Due to the nature of medical products, these items are not eligible for returns.

Gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.

No returns or exchanges can be accepted for used parts.

Any used part sent for a refund will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Your receipt is required for processing returns. Please see below for shipping information.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

If the value of the return or exchange is significant, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GO MED GEAR LLC does not independently insure return shipments.

GO MED GEAR LLC DOES NOT INSURE ORDERS OR SHIPMENTS. ANY ORDER LOST DURING SHIPMENT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY. GO MED GEAR LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR MISPLACED ORDERS. ONCE THE ORDER SHIPS AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED, ALL LIABILITY FOR THE PRODUCT AND ORDER BELONGS TO THE PURCHASER. BY PURCHASING GO MED GEAR LLC PRODUCTS, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO THIS BINDING AGREEMENT. IF THE PURCHASER WISHES TO INSURE THEIR PURCHASE, A LINK IS AVAILABLE DURING CHECKOUT TO ADD SHIPPING INSURANCE TO THE ORDER.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will advise you of the status of your refund. If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

All refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee

If your refund appears to be late or missing, please take the following steps in order:

1) Check the account of your original payment method.
2) If your refund has not posted, please contact your bank or credit card company. There can be longer delays in posting refunds and GO MED GEAR LLC. does not have control over these delays after we have processed a refund.
